I grew up in a small lakeside town in East Tennessee, right outside of Knoxville. (Go Vols!) I moved to Clarksville after graduating high school to attend Austin Peay State University where I earned my degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2013. My husband and I have two daughters, Peyton and Paisley, as well as two fur babies. I have worked with CMCSS since graduating college in 2013. In August 2025, I earned my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Instructional Technology. I have a passion for teaching and instilling a lifelong love of learning with my students that will one day be adults in our world. I strive for inclusion, kindness, and making sure my classroom is always a welcoming and caring environment for each of my students, as well as anyone else who spends time in our room.
