was born and raised in the Peach State, Georgia (GO DAWGS!) My family and I settled here in Clarksville, Tennessee after my husband retired from the military. I am “Mama” to 1 girl (7), 1 boy (6), and 1 Cane Corso, Zion. I have been employed with CMCSS since 2018, serving as an Educational Assistant. In 2020, I was selected to join the Grow Your Own program through CMCSS, where I served as a Teacher Resident, co-teaching with a mentor teacher for 3 years. I just recently completed the Grow Your Own program, and graduated from Austin Peay State University with my degree in Education K-5. I’m so elated to welcome this journey with all of you! I believe that together, we can make this school year an amazing one!
