Welcome Kinder Pirates!

I am happy to be a part of and welcome each of you to the Pisgah Pirate family! This will be my 15th year in education and working within CMCSS. I studied Elementary Education with a concentration in Reading and Early Learning and graduated from APSU in 2009. My teaching career encompasses Kindergarten, 4th grade, Early Literacy and Intervention Academic Coaching, and I am currently serving as the Multi-Classroom Leader for our Kinder team working alongside CMCSS Teacher Residents in my classroom as they complete their teaching courses, degrees and licensure.
My passion has developed into a focus in working with our youngest learners and I love having the opportunity to witness the amazing growth they show us!
